Hi David! You can just select one option (just like if they were RadioButtons).

There’s a little bug in the plugin. When the Merge window loads, the first option is checked by default, but visually the first toggle doesn’t appear to be checked. We’re working to fix that, but meanwhile, the rest of the plugin shoud work properly :)
